Terry Zarsky, Business Librarian for Pikes Peak Library District
Terry has more than 25 years experience providing research assistance to those looking for jobs, starting a business or taking their business/job to the next level with free library resources. She also helps with any other research questions. She speaks to community groups on all topics having to do with the research process and how to find the answers for all of your questions. She graduated from Drexel University with a Masters in Library and Information Science.
In her professional capacity, Terry has worked with businesses and groups such as chambers of commerce, nonprofits, business owners/workers and individuals and at local military facilities.
She currently serves on the boards of the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber Foundation and AventaCares. She previously served on the boards of the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber, Dropout Awareness and All Breed Rescue and Training. She also served as a mentor for W2W (Women2Women) and for the American Library Association. She currently chairs the Colorado Association of Libraries - Business Special Interest Group.
Terry has written about business topics for the Gazette and other publications, both local and national. She teaches and acts as both a SCORE counselor and a Small Business Development Center counselor.
